The Board of Aldermen meets on the Second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m., with a pre-agenda meeting the Thursday prior at 5:30 p.m. Both meetings are held in the Hilda B. Palmer Board Room in Town Hall located at 460 South Salisbury Avenue. Please find meeting agendas and minutes in the table below.

Public Comment

The Public Comment period is included in the Regular Meeting Agenda to allow input to the Board of Aldermen from any citizen who wishes to address the Board without requesting to be on the agenda. Those who wish to address the Board of Aldermen must provide their name, address, and topic to be addressed for the record. The Board will listen and may or may not respond at their discretion or may decide to place a topic on a future agenda.

All persons who wish to speak MUST sign up for the Public Comment period unless you wish to speak during a Public Hearing, in which case you must sign up for the Public Hearing. A Public Comment sign-up sheet will be provided at every Regular Meeting, and each Public Hearing will have a sign-up sheet. All sign-up sheets will be placed on the podium at the front of the Hilda B. Palmer Board Room prior to the start of the meeting and will be given to the Mayor one (1) minute prior to the start of the meeting. All speakers are limited to three (3) minutes.
