NOTICE OF MEETING POSTPONEMENT

SPENCER HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION (HPC)

PUBLIC MEETING & EVIDENTIARY HEARING

Please be advised that the Spencer Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) meeting and associated public quasi-judicial evidentiary hearings originally scheduled for Monday, January 26, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. at Spencer Town Hall, 460 South Salisbury Avenue, Spencer, NC 28159 have been postponed due to weather-related conditions. The postponed meeting and all associated public hearings will now be held on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. at Spencer Town Hall, 460 South Salisbury Avenue, Spencer, NC 28159. This postponement applies to all agenda items and Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) applications scheduled for January 26, 2026. All interested persons may participate in the rescheduled hearing. Quasi-judicial hearing and evidence submission requirements remain in effect. This posting serves as official notice of postponement.
