CODE COMPLIANCE
The Code Compliance Page will Allow Citizens to submit complaints for any possible code violation within the Town of Spencer. All Complaints will be investigated by the Code Enforcement Department.
Examples of a complaint: Tall Grass, Junk Piles, Junk Vehicles, Unsafe Structures, etc.
Through this page citizens will also be able to find Existing Case information.

The Permits & Development Page will allow citizens to submit Permit Applications for numerous project types.

REPORT AN ISSUE
The Report an Issue Page will Allow Citizens to submit issues to the Town of Spencer for any Town Issue. All issues will be sent to the various departments to make the necessary repairs.
Examples of an Issue: Fallen Trees, Street Light outage, Pot Hole Damage etc.
Through this page citizens will also be able to find Existing Issues and stay up to date with the progress that has been made.
