Spencer HPC to host its first community history class April 19

SPENCER —On Sunday, April 19 from 2-4 p.m., the Spencer Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) is sponsoring a community history class featuring guest speaker Larry Neal. The event will be held at the N.C. Museum of Dolls, Toys and Miniatures (NCMDTM), in the Park Plaza at 440 S. Salisbury Ave. Seating is limited; sign up by contacting HPC member Barbara Moran at 678-232-3367.
