Rowan County Public Health will hold a focus group on opioid settlement funding at Spencer Town Hall on November 6, 2026
SPENCER – The Rowan County Public Health H.O.P.E. team invites you to participate in an upcoming community focus group to help identify priorities for the use of Rowan County’s Opioid Settlement Funds.
These focus groups are an opportunity for community members, service providers, individuals with lived experience, family members, and other stakeholders to share their perspectives on the needs and challenges related to substance use in our community. Your feedback will help guide future investments and ensure these funds are used in ways that have the greatest impact.
Focus Group Dates & Locations:
- November 4 at 6:00 PM – Rowan Community Center
- November 6 at 6:00 PM – Spencer Town Hall
- November 9 at 9:00 AM – Rufty-Holmes Senior Center
- November 13 at 6:00 PM – Main Street Marketplace and Meeting Place
