Bids Due August 1: Spencer Town Park
Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals for the Spencer Town Park, for the Town of Spencer, North Carolina, will be received on or before 2:00 p.m. EDT, on Thursday, August 1, 2024, at SpencerTown Hall, located at 460 South Salisbury Avenue, Spencer, NC 28159.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at Spencer Town Hall. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.
Bidders will be required to comply with all applicable statutes and regulations and those attached to and made a part of the proposal.
