Homeownership Workshop

The Town of Spencer invites the community to attend a free Homeownership Workshop this Thursday, July 18, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall. Learn from real estate and mortgage lending industry experts about credit scores, budgeting, managing debt, savings, income and property taxes, insurance, and more. We will also discuss the North Carolina Down Payment Assistance program, which offers up to $15,000 toward down payment and closing costs for eligible homebuyers. Mortgage Banker Danelle Cutting with Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group and Realtor Melissa Quick from Key Real Estate will lead the workshop.
