Spencer’s Holiday Caravan Road and Town Hall Closures
Town Hall will close at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, November 26, to accommodate parade staffing needs for the Spencer’s Holiday Caravan Parade.
Road closures on Wednesday:
- From 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (or until the highway is cleared of all participants):
- US HWY 29 corridor (a.k.a. Salisbury Avenue) will be closed from Jefferson Street to 11th Street
- From 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM (or until the roads are cleared of all participants):
- Jefferson Street will be closed from US HWY 29 to North Whitehead Avenue
- North Whitehead Avenue will be closed from Forestdale Drive to 2nd Street
- Oakwood Drive will be closed from North Whitehead Avenue to Pinecroft Lane
