Thanksgiving 2024 Schedules
SPENCER — Town Hall will be closed starting at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27, for the Spencer’s Holiday Caravan, and will reopen on Monday, December 2, for regular business hours. There will not be bulky waste pickup next week.
Several roads/sections of roads will be closed to facilitate the parade as well.
From 3:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.:
- Jefferson Street from Salisbury Avenue to North Whitehead Avenue
- North Whitehead Avenue from Forestdale Drive to 3rd Street
- Oakwood Drive from North Whitehead Avenue to Pinecroft Lane
- North Yadkin Avenue from Jefferson Street to Newton Street
From approximately 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. (exact times may vary):
- Salisbury Avenue from Jefferson Street to 11th Street
