SPENCER – The Spencer Town Hall will be closed this coming Monday, September 4, 2023, for Labor Day. Waste collection will run one (1) day behind schedule (Monday on Tuesday, Tuesday on Wednesday, etc.). If you have any questions, please call us at 704-633-2231.
