Community Engagement and Strategic Planning Session

Join us on Thursday, March 9 and Friday, March 10 as we take stock of the last three years and recalibrate our strategic plan.

Town staff and officials are planning a two-part Annual Planning Session on March 9 and 10. On March 9, we will move into a community engagement opportunity after we complete the agenda review portion of the scheduled 5:30 p.m. pre-agenda meeting. The goal is to build on the event held at North Rowan High School in March of 2020, with elected officials and staff paired up at stations around the room and allowing attendees to give feedback on various topics in our strategic plan. The meeting will recess until Friday morning at 8:30 a.m.

On Friday, March 10, we will delve deeper into the community feedback, and staff will provide a variety of presentations.
