Spencer’s 2025 Trunk or Treat

The Town of Spencer and Rowan County’s Department of Social Services are excited to announce our 4th Annual Trunk-or-Treat Event in Spencer’s Park Plaza. This event has become one of Spencer’s favorite holiday traditions, averaging more than 500 visitors each year! The event is designed to be a safe, family-friendly option on Halloween Night. Come on out and have a spooky great time!

How To Register Your Vehicle as a “Trunk”

If you’re interested in registering your vehicle, please carefully review the Participant Guidelines & Trunk Registration Form (PDF). The Guidelines cover important topics, including:

• How to sign up your vehicle as a “trunk”
• Signing the Participant Waiver Form
• Arrival and departure times for participating “trunks”
• Safety information
• Treat & candy guidelines, including permitted and unpermitted treats
• And more!

All “trunk” participants must register their vehicle using the online Trunk Registration Form, which is available here: Spencer’s 2025 Trunk-or-Treat Sign-Up Form
